Annual Subscription License FQA’s
You require a unique License key to activate this plugin on any site. A site is a local, dev site, staging site or live site. Each activation of this plugin counts as a site. Sites are not locked to the key. You can move them to another site by simply deactivating the plugin on one site and using the key to reactivate it on another or you can add more site activations to the key at anytime by upgrading your subscription.

Your license key remains active and you can continue to use it to activate this plugin. You can to continue using the plugin forever, but the regular maintenance updates and feature upgrades will not longer happen and there will be no access to support from us.
The annual subscription is a manual subscription not automatic. You will be sent a notification email 60 days prior to the subscription expiration date. You can also find a renewal link on your a3rev My Account dashboard ‘My Subscriptions’ section.
The annual subscription renewal is charged at the current price of the subscription at the time it is due.
You can add more sites to a subscription at any time from your a3rev My Account Dashboard by Click the [ Upgrade Subscription] button that shows on any active subscription. You are auto charged the upgrade amount less what you have already paid on a Pro-Rata basis.
For example if the active subscription is $99 for 2 site activation and you want to upgrade to the 6 site activation subscription @$199. You are 6 months (183 days) into the current subscription period.
The charge will be $199 less $49.14 ($99 divided by 365 days times 183 days used = $49.14). Hence the upgrade price for a new 12 month 6 site activation subscription is auto calculated for you at $199 – $49.14 = $149.86. The License key remains the same.
Please note:
- Active Subscriptions cannot be downgraded.
- Subscriptions cannot be transferred to another user.
Select the Subscription that has the required number of site activations and proceed through the checkout to PayPal and complete the transaction.
If you do not already have an a3rev customer account one will be auto created for you after the PayPal transaction is completed.
You will receive an email that has your a3rev Customer account Username and password to allow you to login into your account.
