In the Motel business your web site is the greatest asset you have. My old site looked and was very un-organised and bland and I could not make changes when necessary so I started to investigate my options to revamp the entire site.
Lucky for me I stumbled across A3 Revolutions, they had developed web sites for several of my friends so after discussions with Steve I took the plunge to revamp my total web-site with the latest technology he had available.
Well the response took affect almost immediately, it was a WOW factor, people made comments about how great it was to navigate and the information they required was easy to access and it had a homely feel about it. Attaching the Trip-Adviser comments to the site gave people a chance to read other peoples comment then make their decision to book or move on.
When I look at the statistical hits it has received the results are there for everybody to see, bounce rates were almost nil and people spent an average of three minute’s looking for information about my Motel.
Bookings have continued to increase each month which is money in the bank.
Also I would like to say the ongoing service Steve provides is second to none, if I ring with a query of any sort he has it fixed, not tomorrow not next week but as soon as he can like now while I’m on the phone.
To Steve Truman and the A3 team I would like to say a big thank you. With your personal input and friendship we have the best Web site here in Toowoomba.

Thanks to the A3 team, I don't just have a website , I now have a strong and unique brand. From our initial consultations we developed a concept, slogan and logo that conveyed my unique message to existing and prospective clients. That branding is now a strong and consistent message on everything, business card, stationary and my website.
I'm excited about giving my business card to people because I know they will be super impressed with my website. I'm a conservative bookkeeper, I can't believe I'm lying awake at night excitedly thinking about what information or photos I'm going to add to my site next. Top marks to the A3 team.

Well; let’s just say in a few words that.. A3 Revolution have proved us wrong because I never thought that it could be possible that someone could not only meet but also exceed our expectations by creating the website that we dreamed about and wanted!! So..thanks Steve; our website is truly an awesome site and we are getting more sales everyday from it; it already ranks us high in google; it is attractive and easy to use and most importantly of course is that it shows and proves that we really do sell good stuff!
A few months ago; almost out of the blue I think….Steve from A3 Revolution contacted us to tell us how awful our old website was and offered his assistance in creating a much better one….even though it was only about 12 months old..our old website was quite a disaster and we had low traffic, terrible bounce-rate, it was just a plain ugly and hard to use website... but we won’t elaborate any further! We were also not really aware of the global growing trend to web based selling and marketing and the opportunities we were missing out on 24/7; we were still spending a lot of money on the old fashioned magazine advertisement style marketing but we were not getting the response we used to get from it.
SO…after a few conversations with Steve; I decided that yes we really did need a new website as soon as possible and after a few weeks of scoping of ideas; he started creating….
Wow…when it was finished I couldn’t believe how awesome it really was! One thing that I really wanted was an exclusive dealer site that our dealers will love (when they are logged in as an account holder) and we have definitely got this..Steve has created an amazing dealer site which will give our dealers access to the shopping cart facility and a whole lot of other great features which we will continue to build on - ultimately; he’s made this is all very easy for them to use and thus fun and easy to place orders! In a few months we will be introducing a very exciting new feature - the Fieldquip Loyalty program - this will give our dealers loyalty points on each item they order from us and the points will be redeemable every quarter for a choice of different items (depending on how many points they have earnt). Really; what we want to achieve is for our 450 strong dealer base Australia-wide to increase and also only want to buy our products; because they can trust them and even better - they only want to buy off us because they get rewarded.
There are so many features that I love like the interactive social media and user reviews …Steve is teaching me how to use all the little gismos and widgets to create, modify and improve content on the website myself. I thought all that sort of stuff was pretty hi-tech and complicated but hey even I can do it!!
Steve has been extremely professional to work with and very helpful and enthusiastic about getting our site up and I am greatly looking forward to the next website project we are about to start on….
I would recommend A3 Revolution to anyone who wants someone to create the website they dream about (except Fieldquip’s competitors ;-) )

A few months ago we came to the conclusion that the web site we had was just not good enough. The internet and on-line marketing has change so much over the last couple of years, our website had just not kept pace with it. As an accommodation provider who gets 80% of their business through the web, we appreciate more than most that the success of our business is largely reliant on having an excellent website. Our old site had served us well but we knew it was getting a little long in the tooth and was in need of updating. We could not update it ourselves; updates were a costly business which had to be done through the designer, and as for social media interaction and blogs well they didn't exist.
The problem for us was where to start. The old adage "You don't know what you don't know" is very true and we were very worried about finding the right person to work with on this critical part of our business. So we began looking around at other websites to see what was out there, some we hated, some were so home-made and some took forever to load, but the sites that stood out as something special and ticked all our boxes belonged to A3 REVolution.
We contacted them and where immediately impressed by Steve's professionalism and his grasp of what we wanted. We gave him a vast wish-list of what we wanted from our new site and he helped us to understand "What we did not know" and how that could help us achieve our objectives.
We talked endlessly about the design of the site and how we wanted to be able to update it ourselves and for it to be interactive with social media etc etc. After bombarding him with pictures and text and general wants for our new site we received the first of several possible designs. We pawed over these and chose our favourite, then the fun began! We would be sent each page to approve, its design and layout. I can't tell you how excited we were to see our dream site emerge and one that we could add to as much as we like! Absolute bliss and just what we wanted. There are so many clever little gismos included I couldn't hope to list them all, but I will say our Top 3 are the SEO Pressor, A3 Locator and the picture slider on the front page. And if we get into strife, Steve is only a phone call away to help us out 7 days a week.
I know this is going to sound clichéd but to hell with it, if you are after a truly amazing, cutting edge website that will blow you competitor's minds look no further you have found them. Sorry I warned you it was clichéd! but we are so thrilled and excited by our new marketing tool. Thank you Steve and A3!"

We opted for A3 Revolution Web Design & Digital Solutions for our new specialist water filtration, water purification website SaferWater (http://saferwater.com.au). Our requirement was for a hard working website, focused on delivering online purchasing results, and with the convenience of being able to personally update product pages, pricing etc at will. The draft website duly arrived, and we were rapped with the concept!
Content management is operated from a very comprehensive "dashboard". This appeared quite daunting at first, but with Steve's guidance, and excellent, timely advice and tips, we have negotiated our way through, and now have confidence in being able to fully manage our website, knowing we can always flick him a query email if we really do get stuck. Saferwater.com.au has excellent foundations, and we are confident Steve's SEO abilities will deliver it onto the first pages of Google in a short time.
